Financial Planning

The objective of financial planning is to help you define your personal goals, to understand your financial situation, and, over time, to develop and implement the strategies that will help you realize those goals.

Our objective is to help you live the life you’d really like to live.

The financial topics addressed in your planning may include some or all of the following:

  • Net Worth Development and Analysis
  • Cash Flow or Spending Pattern Analysis
  • Investment Objective and Risk Tolerance Assessment
  • Analysis of Current Investments
  • Investment Strategy Recommendations
  • Retirement Planning and Projections
  • Tax Planning
  • Risk Assessment and Insurance Needs Analysis
  • Estate Planning
  • Education Funding
  • Business Retirement Plans
  • Other areas as necessary

Investment Management

Investment Management is a logical outgrowth of your financial plan. Your investment strategy should be designed to further your progress toward your personal and financial goals. It must be appropriate for you and must therefore be individualized. Some investors manage their own funds but need a professional to consult with periodically. We support an investor’s independence by making our resources and expertise available. Other investors prefer to hire a manager. In either type of relationship our objective is to employ those methods and strategies that offer the highest probability of realizing your goals. We help you develop the right strategies, the right portfolio mix, and select the investment vehicles to move you in your chosen direction.

We may employ one or more of the following:

  • Mutual Funds–both actively and passively managed
  • Exchange Traded Funds
  • Individual securities
  • Index funds and similar instruments
  • Certificates of Deposit
  • Debt of US Government or its agencies
  • Corporate debt
  • State and Municipal debt
  • Money Market funds
